Delivered Duty UnPaid (DDU) Services
You will be responsible for paying all duties and taxes during delivery.
 
DHL Express:
DHL Express includes full tracking information and is generally the fastest shipping service available. DHL Express will deliver your order from start to end.
 
Airmail:
With Airmail, you will receive tracking information until your order arrives at your destination country. Last mile delivery will be made by your local postal service with limited tracking.
 
Yamato Transport:
Yamato is our shipping carrier exclusively for customers in Japan. Full tracking information for your order will be available up to final delivery.
 
CJ Korea Express:
CJ Korea Express is our shipping carrier exclusively for customers in the Republic of Korea. Full tracking information for your order will be available up to final delivery. You will be required to provide your Personal Customs Code during checkout.

All duties and taxes are prepaid during checkout. (Recommended)
 
Local Post Express:
Local Post Express includes full tracking information for your order. Last mile delivery will be made by a local private carrier in your destination country/region.
 
Landmark Global:
Landmark Global includes full tracking information for your order. Last mile delivery will be made by either your local postal service or a private carrier in your destination country/region.
 
Asendia:
Asendia includes full tracking information for your order. This is generally the fastest DDP shipping service available. This service is powered by the DPD network for final delivery.

Our international shipping rates are determined by location and the weight of a package. To determine your shipping will costs, simply fill your cart, and proceed to checkout. You can review the estimated shipping cost and your order total prior to checking out at any time.

We manufacture and ship our products directly from our New York facilities where they’re distributed to customers worldwide. We host several carrier providers for international shipping, allowing you to choose your preferred carrier upon checkout.

Orders from outside of the United States may include import duties and taxes that are determined by local customs in each region. These costs may vary depending on the items in your order.

Some carriers provide the option to prepay these charges during checkout, ensuring faster delivery with no additional steps needed. These items can also be paid for later upon arrival at customs.

In accordance with international shipping laws, our shipping labels provide the full value of your order and shipping cost. Each order includes an itemized packing list that includes product description and quantity.

Please Note: At this time we are unable to ship to Mexico, Russia, Belarus, Ukraine, and Peru.

Each local customs have its own set of regulations regarding international shipping. There are many country-specific laws, regulations, and restrictions that may impact the delivery of your shipment. We highly recommend contacting your local customs to find out more about its specific policies.

All international orders are eligible for return within 60 days of the order date. You may only return items that are unopened and sealed. When we receive the returned items at our warehouse, we will refund your account for the total amount of the order, minus shipping costs and discounts.

If the shipping costs to return the order are greater than the refund, our carriers are instructed to withhold the order. Also, if a product is seized by customs, we cannot issue a refund for your order.
